Devastated locals concerned with the destruction of established trees and habitat for wildlife have shared video and photography with DouglasNews.Network this morning and are imploring concerned fellow residents to share their concerns with Douglas Shire Council. They are concerned that there is no authorised person on site to supervise and monitor the impact and relocation of resident wildlife.

Authorised clearance of all established trees continues on the development site, now that an authorised wildlife observer attended.
