Perspectives / Another day in paradise

DR DOUG QUARRY

Days like these make us all realise that we live in Paradise!

The southerly winds dropped to nothing and the full moon meant we had large tides allowing exploration of the inshore reefs.

And then there was the moonrise at 7.30 pm. I felt I was back in the β€˜70s watching the β€œStairway to Heaven” in Broome!

Gang, let’s not take our wondrous environment for granted. How about we all pledge to stop any destruction we see.

If you see environmental damage being done, take photos and report it to DouglasNews.Network.

OR – just stand in front of the bulldozers or the chainsaws and call me. I’ll be there in a moment!
