Surely the hottest weekend on the social calendar when it comes to partying in the tropics, Hot & Steamy Festival kicks off tomorrow with the White Party at the Sugar Wharf.
Events just keep on popping up everywhere with everything from pool parties, booze cruises, a vintage catwalk, the Mad Hatter’s Tea Party and drag performances at various venues around town.
There are live gigs all around the Shire, thanks to our boost of visitors in town, as well as the regular Mossman and Port Douglas markets, beach clean-ups in Wonga and Four Mile, and sports try-outs for the kids.
Hopefully the weather holds out for all the scheduled shenanigans, but if it doesn’t, it all adds to the adventure doesn’t it?
