THE weekend events open with a huge smorgasbord of entertainment tonight, with Lady Valiant kicking it off in Mount Molloy where there is also a $1650 Jackpot Joker. Head on down to Mossman for more music and raffles at the Exchange or choose from nearly event venue in Port Douglas for more live entertainment and great vibes!


If you love local markets, there are plenty to choose from in Mossman, Port Douglas, Mareeba and Holloways Beach over the weekend.
If you head over to Mossman on Saturday morning, pop in for some relaxing yoga with Schell at Buffs Hall at 9am then over to the Mossman RSL for their Cent Sale-make a day of it, before chillaxing at the Gorge for what promises to be not too bad of a weekend, weather-wise.
Art lovers rejoice, as there is plenty of art on show in Cairns this weekend, with Saturday being the last day for you to catch Ben Quilty and the Albert Namatjira exhibitions at the Cairns Regional Gallery.

Call of the Running Tide is on display at the Northsite Contemporary Gallery, featuring local Douglas Shire artists.
