Douglas Hockey will send their first Junior teams to compete in the 2021 Queensland Hockey State Championships. This is an incredible achievement for talented youngsters, as well as for the fledgling community Sports Club that is experiencing great community support, and unveiling some serious local hockey prowess!

The Club has entered an U13 boys team for the Townsville Championships and are now looking for an U13 girls team for the Gympie Championships.

The tournaments are both run over the winter school holiday period from 4 July-7 July 2021.

The Hockey Queensland U13 Girls State Championships is an U13 Hockey Championship for players across Queensland to represent their association and play against players from around the State.

Queensland teams are then selected to compete in the Australian National Championships.

If you have a girl or boy U13 who would like to be part of this wonderful opportunity, please contact Greg on the details below.

First timer players are welcome.

All training will take place after Easter, leading up to the Championships.
