ANANDA MANDALA MEDITATION AT DEEP YOGA STUDIO

Ananda Mandala means Circle of Bliss.
This meditation is an ancient and very powerful chakra clearing meditation. The practice involves a blend of rhythmic fast breathing and meditation on the seven main chakras. The process cleanses the energy channels, washes out hidden emotions, blockages and/or old hurts, and activates the chakras. This will raise your level of consciousness and make your body feel blissful and results in a feeling of wholeness.A dynamic, intense practice for those who want to go deep and explore the depths of their inner world. This meditation is unlike any other meditation you have tried before, and will leave you feeling blissful and whole.
