What is the weather doing?

A weak ridge extends over northern waters. The ridge will strengthen a little over the next few days as a high in the Tasman Sea builds. Today’s winds will be north to northeasterly 10 to 15 knots. Saturday will see winds variable below 10 knots becoming easterly 10 to 15 knots in the morning, while on Sunday, winds are east to southeasterly about 10 knots increasing to 10 to 15 knots during the morning.
