Tonight , sadly, is the final Open Mic and Fish ‘n Chips night at Crossroads for the year, so be sure to pop by for delicious fresh local fish, extraordinary musical talent and all-round wicked local entertainment. The team at The Yachty are hosting a jam-packed Family Fun Day tomorrow with a swag of great entertainment and live music.

Should you feel like doing something kind for the planet, perhaps consider taking the family along for a tree planting day hosted by Rainforest Rescue in upper Daintree tomorrow.

DAB “END OF YEAR” EXHIBITION / Come along to enjoy the results of DAB’s many workshops, classes and courses.  The exhibition will be open daily from 10am to 2pm (except Sundays) from 13 November to 11 December.   Many pieces of artwork will be for sale at affordable prices.

What is the weather doing?

A high [1024 hPa] near New Zealand extends a weakening ridge over the coast as a trough over inland Queensland moves east towards the coast. Winds up to 10 knots over the weekend, partly cloudy with the chance of thunderstorms daily.
