HEALTH & WELLBEING

SOUND HEALING & SACRED CACAO CEREMONY / Port Douglas Yoga Studio 10.30am-12.30pm

Enter into the quantum landscape of the senses, a place where the preoccupied day-to-day mind drops blissfully into heart space.
From The Pyramids of Chi in Ubud, to the rainforest of Far North Queensland comes the Sound Healing Cacao Ceremonies of Wairua Sound.
Each session is lovingly held through a deep guided meditative state, combining the sacred plant medicine Cacao and the ancient practice of Sound Healing – allowing space for inspiration, manifestation and surrender, and an often gentle letting go of body stored trauma and trapped & stagnant energy.
Also known as sound baths or sound immersion, the art of healing with sound has been practised by civilizations around the world for millennia.
This signature brand of Sound Healing Cacao Ceremony is infused with smoke cleansing and guided meditation, each ceremony closes with participants receiving a personal water blessing, acknowledging and honouring of three sacred aspects of self.
Wairua Sound use organic Peruvian sustainably sourced ceremonial Cacao. Each batch is blessed with karakia & waiata (Maori song and prayer), Reiki charged and made with purified moon water.
All ceremonies pay deep respect to our collective ancestors and original custodians of this land – first nation elders past, present and future.
