A trough extends across the northern Coral Sea, with a weak pressure gradient over the northern waters. A weak ridge will extend along the east coast over the weekend. A tropical low may form in the eastern Coral Sea early next week, most likely staying well offshore during next week. In the meantime, winds will stay under 10 knots all weekend, with mostly sunny conditions.
