SPORT, HEALTH & WELLNESS

MEDITATION WITH MANTRAS / Deep Yoga Studio 9-10am. Sharpen the mind to integrate focus and concentration. We will raise our vibration in our physical body through the chantings. Experience the power of Meditating with Mantras; we create a ball of energy together while we are chanting in the same space and at the same time, feeling the journey of the sound waves inside you. Through the vibrations the circle in it self gets higher and higher by breathing consciously, getting in to a powerful trance moving our energy from the inside out. Further information.

What is the weather doing?

A high [1028 hPa] over the Great Australian Bight is extending a ridge over northern waters in the wake of the trough. The high will move east over the following few days, maintaining the ridge. The ridge will strengthen from Friday as the high moves into the Tasman Sea. Winds southeasterly 10 to 15 knots, reaching up to 20 knots inshore late Friday and increasing to 25 knots by Saturday afternoon, continuing into Sunday. Partly cloudy all weekend with a 50% chance of showers on Sunday.
