An all-star lineup of Australian chefs and hospitality talent teams up with leading local producers and restaurants to dish out a curated program of gastronomic adventure!

βThe seventh edition of Taste Port Douglas will be a culinary celebration like no other – visitors can look forward to a spectacular lineup of events, soirees and masterclasses hosted by some of the best talent in the country. We hosted over 10,000 visitors at Taste Port Douglas last year, many of whom travelled from overseas to be a part of the festivities. We cannot wait to welcome back interstate and international visitors to gather and feast with us once again over four action-packed days,β says Spencer Patrick, Founder and Culinary Director, Taste Port Douglas.
Events for Taste Port Douglas include expert led masterclasses around Port Douglas featuring gin mixing, oysters and champagne, truffles and the art of cheese.
Craft your very own gin at the Devils Thumb Distillery masterclass through an extensive blending class using a broad range of vapour infused botanicals.Β
The iconic Longest Lunch will be held under the magnificent canopy of poinciana trees in Market Park, alongside St Mary’s By The Sea. Popular Port Douglas restaurants Zinc, Salsa, La Cucina and Harrisons, in collaboration with guest chefs Jake Nicolson, Adam DβSylva, Bente Grysbaek and Ben Williamson will present a three-course luncheon complemented by a three-hour beverage package featuring Jansz Premium Cuvee, Chaffey Bros. wines, Diablo Co. cocktails and Estrella Damm lager while chefs, singers and other performers provide entertainment throughout the afternoon.
On Saturday, Mossman markets will feature a Farm to Table Stage MC’d by esteemed food and travel writer, award winning blogger and presenter, Kerry Heaney, an opportunity for local producers and farmers to talk about what they do and how they do it. Β

On Saturday, Catchers and Growers returns for the third year running and seafood lovers are delighted!Β
Guests will enjoy a bountiful menu by esteemed seafood producers from Australia and New Zealand. Hosted by industry expert Umar Nguyen, guests will have front row seats to live food stations, while brand representatives shine a light on Australiaβs seafood quality and diversity.
