This weekend, we suggest you head for the hills! Yungaburra, in particular, is hosting their monthly markets, the annual Folk Festival, and a car and bike show. The Tinaroo Barra Bash is also being held this weekend.
Closer to home, enjoy live music at Paddys, Central Hotel, Court House Hotel, up at PK’s Jungle Village, and also up at Mount Molloy National Hotel who host a weekly Jag the Joker and live band on Fridays. Also enjoy live music for Saturday evening and Sunday lunch at Daintree Siesta in Cow Bay.
Friday
There is a weekly local members draw at The Tav in Four Mile from 6 pm to 7 pm. The Memberโs draw is complemented by a meat tray raffle, and a lucky squares game.
Mount Molloy National Hotel will host live music from 7-10 pm with Jag the Joker, great country hospitality and a complimentary shuttle service for local residents.

Saturday
Yungaburra Markets are open from 7.30am.
The crowds will be singing it up at the Tablelands Folk Festival this weekend, with more than 50 acts entertaining you on a magical escape from life in the picturesque village of Yungaburra. Sunday
Halloween themed entertainment and activities are being held in Mossman at the Community Centre this morning while the weekly markets are held at Port Douglas. Round off the afternoon with live music at the Tin Shed from 1pm for a relaxed Sunday afternoon by the water, with a bit of action from the weekend boaties returning to the boat ramp and guests from the cruise ship Royal Princess being ferried into town.
The Yachty will close off the weekend with a bang, with a Full Moon Peace party featuring two DJs and guests-last one for the year!
Shannon Hunter is live atย Ellis Beach Bar and Grillย from 1-4pm with $2 oysters from 1pm.
The Sheraton are hosting one of their decadent Sunset Sessions poolside from 4.30pm.
