We are hiring in the following positions:

Senior Chef de Partie

Successful applicant must have a minimum of three years’ experience and be able to run a busy section efficiently without compromising quality.

Pastry Chef

Successful applicant must have a minimum of three years’ experience, a knowledge and passion for menu development, creating innovative desserts that under the guidance of our Head Chef will take Melaleuca’s dessert menu to the next level.

Bar Staff

Successful applicant must have a minimum of three years’ experience, a passion for mixology is desirable, either to help create next level cocktail lists under the guidance of our manager or an eagerness to learn and develop their cocktail skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced restaurant bar environment with out sacrificing quality.

Floor staff

Successful applicant must be presentable, confident when providing a high level of service in a friendly and personable manner, and enjoy working as part of a small professional team.
