Douglas United Dragons hosted Marlin Coast Rangers in a knockout semi-final last night, the winner advancing through to the Grand Final to face Mareeba.

On Friday night the Douglas United Dragons hosted the Mareeba Bulls in a qualifying final, the winner going directly to the Grand Final in two weeks, the loser having to face the winner of third v fourth this week.

On Friday night, the Douglas United Dragons played the Mareeba Bulls in front of a very large crowd at the Port Douglas Sporting Complex. The Raiders, Crocs and Junior Dragons, as well as lots of other supporters had come along to cheer the Dragons on.  This was the last game of the regular season and a showdown between top-of-the-table Dragons and second placed Bulls.

The Junior U13-14s enjoyed a rare team home game at Cassowary on Sunday September 13, 2020 against TAS.

On Tuesday night the Douglas United Dragons travelled to Edmonton to play Souths who are currently at the foot of the second division ladder. The Dragons are still fighting to win the minor Premiership and goal difference will play a big part, so they were hoping for plenty of goals!
