COVID-19 clinic arrives in Port Douglas
In response to the COVID-19 outbreak in Adelaide, the Cairns Hinterland, Hospital and Health Service (CHHHS) have rolled out their new mobile COVID-19 testing clinic to Port Douglas.

There are many types of marine animal that are referred to as “stingers”. These include of course the Box Jellyfish and many true jellyfish, as well as Hydroids like the “Man o’ War”, and an assortment of creatures that actually nip and bite but whose effect is generally sting-like as far as your hide is concerned.
FNQ Floods feature in a new community exhibition launching tomorrow
The exhibition is a space for residents to discuss their flood experiences, to help with recovery from the monsoonal trough, and to encourage people to prepare for the upcoming cyclone season.
